As a strategic consultant I provide wide range of HR sevices such as process development, executive research, implementation of new positions, review salary policy...etc. My goals are to build strong relationship with our clients and to make the correct match with the professionals and the companies.

As a Consultant I was in charge of handling projects especially in the manufaturing sector. I provided continuous information for the management, and supported the work of the Lead HR Consultant. My tasks were identifying and selecting potential candidates, organizing personal, telephone and skype interviews, writing reports on the candidates professional experience, Lean competencies and characteristics.
