Our project team is responsible for the specification of the accounting treatment for the product lifecycle of new OTC derivatives on Murex. Main tasks: •Development of booking schemes for the product life cycle of OTC derivatives •Specification of business requirements from the business users in financial accounting in order to perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities •User acceptance testing after implementation by the IT •Implementation support for IT •Production support

Our team was responsible for the processing of periodical fees (safe custody fees, discretionary mandate fees etc.). Main tasks: •Creation of requirements specification for business change request in collaboration with business and the application solution architect using UML and CMMI •System integration and user acceptance testing after the implementation of the software •Creation of user documentation

Our department in IBM was responsible to do the provider management, which dealt with the contractors working in client projects for IBM. Main tasks: -Certification of new software to confirm with internal policies and security policies -Migration of external employee data from old system to the new system -Mutation of data from external employees -Development of macros for excel sheets for reporting and analysis purposes -Verification of invoices from providers

Our department in IBM was responsible to do the provider management, which dealt with the contractors working in client projects for IBM. Main tasks: -Creation of work instructions and workflow diagrams of business processes using Microsoft Visio 2003 -Creation of functional specification for software development of a new application based on business processes -Ensuring the auditability of business processes -Storage and maintenance of documents in a Lotus Notes Database
