Stabilizing Intranet hosting platform by actively monitoring environment, incidents reported, log files. • Proactive intervention on identifying bottlenecks in application/database usage and offering solutions to the stakeholders to eliminate the same. • Create problem tickets; provide problem analysis with supporting data • Communication and interaction with affected parties. • Provide Root Cause Analysis for the problem tickets reported. • Handle escalations and high priority production incidents
