• Receiving international inbound calls from customers with regards to laptop & accessories. • Answering to customer’s questions, as well as asking question to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested. • Documenting all calls with regards to customers inquires accurately in the System. • Providing quality customer service on every call. • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers
