As a project lead, I played the combined role of a Scrum master, technical architect, delivery manager and people manager for 4 resources.

As a senior software engineer, I was playing the role of a technical lead for a team of 4 apart from being an individual contributor. The role required me to develop pieces of software to fulfill the product roadmap and also evaluate and design integrations with third party softwares to meet the businesses requirements.

As a module lead, I was responsible for the delivery of 2 modules of the application we were building for the client. Apart from being an individual contributor, I was also leading a team of 3, mentoring and guiding them towards building a successful product. The role required extensive interaction with the client to understand the business needs and to fulfill them through the software.

Majorly worked on one of PwC's proprietary tools on tax compliance. Worked on simultaneous multiple projects primarily focused on web development in Java and related technologies.
