This period as a Senior analyst more focused on project and spear heading processes. • Contract Management for Consultancy category o Operation review calls with Tier 1 suppliers and contract managers o Suppliers include EY, PwC, Deloitte, PA consulting, o Project Lead, Supplier performance assessment from SCS India o Lead, New Supplier on boarding , Asia Pacific (APAC) o Along with this, I led projects revolving around systems of Ariba & Qualtircs.

My job was focused various reports and dashboard. This honed my excel and analytical skills. • Excel & power point based reports • Take up the process of New supplier on-boarding (Asia pacific) from Singapore team • Support RBS' Supplier Performance assessment (SPA) The SPA was a mammoth task involving 1400+ participants and assessing 70+ suppliers. This activity not only helped me develop stakeholder management skills, but also equipped me to work under deadlines.
