I am the Founder / Service Experience Director and MD at Prospect with more than 2 decades of international experience. Prospect is a digital experience design agency. Design Director on Nokia's future digital global vision. Leading a team of 8 designers and Information Architects and working closely with the client on driving the future vision.

Design Manager/Design lead at Opodo, supporting the internal design team on all international communications work. Responsible for designing Opodo's new interface for the hotel and insurance product offers and providing a new and efficient shopping basket and product packaging facility.

Provided creative direction for numerous companies and clients, including the development of Nokia’s business vision for multi-platform digital brand strategies. Helped the DFES’ develop their Curriculum Online strategy and brand development. Designed the Design Council website and helped to develop the Design Directory. Also executed projects for the RSA, OPODO, Tesco, Spanish Telecom, The Welsh Development Agency, Thomas Cook Travel and The Home Office.

Developed interactive strategies and deliverables for on- and off-line projects. Involved in projects from earliest stages, working closely with clients and multi-disciplinary team members on digital strategies, interactive concepts, on-line branding, information, usability and experience design. Planning and co-ordinating projects, directing and steering the design process. Clients included: Design Council, Sonera ZED, Lexus Europe, Smith Kline Beecham, One2One, Quam.com and Riyuichi Sakamoto.

Worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team at a senior level on brand strategies in the digital and non-digital environment. Responsible for client interaction, concept teamwork, strategy and brand extension, initiating the on-line experience and directing and steering the design process. Clients included: No. 10 Downing Street, Unilever, BBC, SKY, Bridgeman Art Library, BA and the V&A.

Graphic design and art direction for various Dutch clients. PTT, VROM, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, (i-net), Rostra, Caylx, Zuidema, Metaalnijverheid, Doen evenementen.

Design and art direction of print communication materials, including corporate brochures, posters, advertisements, logo’s, corporate identities, book covers, cd covers, and multimedia projects. Projects included the PTT, VROM, DOW, Ericsson, Agfa, AT&T, Motorola, NCR.
