Assistance in several on-going consulting projects related to sustainability (sustainability strategy, value chain analysis, segment screening and so on)

As a student assistant to one of the program managers, I assisted in the management of a variety of projects (e.g. webinar conception, organization of welcome days and so on) and also supported in administrative and other organizational tasks. During my time at the department of student affairs and international programs, I gained valuable insights into the workings of a public organ and administration of a public university.

As a Vice President, I supervised one student consultant teams and was responsible for the development of an internal impact measurement tool. Furthermore, I had representative functions, gave presentations and discussed strategic decisions/aspects in cooperation with the president and the whole board.

As Intern in the Product Sustainability Department I assisted with a variety of projects: Social Analysis of different Product Supply Chains (e.g. alternative fuels, plastics, steel etc.), Research on certifications, development of an educational web-based training, research for several topics related to life cycle assessment and the environmental product footprint

The consulting director represents the link between the board, the social organization/business (client) and the student consultant teams. We make sure that the team stays on track time wise and checks that required deliverables are handed in on time. Furthermore, we conceptualize and give workshops during our introduction weekend and support the teams with general advise and input wherever needed.

As a student consultant I advised in a team of three, a social organization in Munich on how to measure their impact on a regular basis.

Research Assistant in the EU InnovatE Project - End user integration, innovation and entrepreneurship towards a sustainable society and general assistant to the Phd candidates of the chair

I assisted the program manager preparing several conferences (mainly academic congresses). Furthermore, I had full responsibility for the management of the exhibitors of a World Congress with 2000+ participants. In addition, I had a few little own projects and also was responsible for designing and implementing a sustainability strategy for the World Congress on Food Science and Technology.
