- Support of IBM iX (Europe) internal communication - Relaunch of the IBM iX Europe newsletter (strategy, planning, implementation and follow-up) - Aperto business events (planning, implementation and follow-up) - Development and maintenance of internal communication channels (Aperto & IBM iX) - Coordination of internal communication between Aperto and IBM iX

As part of the Marketing and Comms team I was the PoC for internal communications at Aperto and IBM iX. One focus of my work was the further development of channels such as the internal newsletter - the relaunch of which I was responsible for - as well as the support and development of the intranet. I also managed various projects and video formats to address employees and customers in a targeted manner. I also supported the planning and implementation of internal events with up to 500 guests.

My role here illustrates how a balance between internal communication, corporate culture, event management & employee engagement can be achieved. As manager of the ICC Department, I led its strategic development — focusing on intranet, newsletters, employee benefits, merchandise, employer branding, media production oversight & creation of internal guidelines. The result: a significantly enhanced department, a successfully launched intranet, well-attended internal events & a visibly stronger employer brand.
