Working on Phase X implementation of Advanced Compensation for multiple Countries: In my previous project worked on end to end Phase x implementation of Compensation and HCM.

In my current role I have performed Initial Requirement Gathering , As-Is Analysis and performed Business Process Designing. Created Test Script, performed readiness testing and provided and created documents & Training to users. I have configured the plans and performed defect resolutions. Post go live I am in role of Compensation & Absence Administrator and is responsible for Change analysis, Configurations via enhancements or new change, testing, training and documentations.

In Transformation Project for Compensation, Absence and Time tracking, I was responsible for end to end lifecycle of project starting with evaluation of the cloud software (Workday or Success factors), AS-IS analysis, Requirement gathering, Configuration, Test script creation, Testing of prototypes, Training documents creation and defect resolutions. I have also trained multiple business users for Compensation and Absence.

Responsible for preparing Project Charter with Project Manager and Business leads.Responsible for analysing business process and perform design document, unit tests.Liase with multiple business owners to identify, define and document business requirements .Responsible for leading the project as per the schedule and responsible to organizing workshops with Stake holders and HRBPs/ Business Leaders to understand the business requirements. Ensure process change governance is applied.

Worked as Business Analyst for SAP HCM modules PA, OM, Payroll and Time. As an Analyst I am accountable for Requirement analysis, Configuration and Testing modules.

As Business process analyst responsible for Configuration of SAP HCM modules PA and OM. Also responsible for Requirement Analysis and Testing .
