Taking care of the SAP recruitment (niche modules)  Sourcing the right candidates for the role via Sales force database, Head hunt, employment portal  Interviewing candidates for a particular role on the basis of the available Job description and understanding their motivation to apply to that role and company.  Accomplishing the assigned KPIs and HPIs target.  Working closely with the Client's account manager to understand the requirement and the roles better.
