• E2E Recruiting with focus on IT and Business Project Managers, Program Managers and PMOs for projects within Financial Services (UBS, Bank Julius Baer, Raiffeisen, Credit Suisse, Swiss Re, AXA, SUVA, Helsana etc.). • Supported the Head of Competence Center in administrative and organizational tasks. • Contract Management and coordination of the onboarding-process for the external contractors. • Established checklists and factsheets for the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Established the project governance tools for monitoring and reporting using Excel. • Supported the Financial Management including cost control, tracking of per-son-days, timesheet and expense reporting of the relevant projects within the program. • Resource Management including data collection, reporting, coordination and allocation for the total of 18 project employees. • Digitized the internal HR archive, including structuring, document manage-ment & process description.

• Developed, executed and evaluated two- weekend trainings with Bachelor students from the UZH on the topics Team Collaboration and Self-management.

• Business Project Officer in collaboration with the consultants from Mc Kinsey & Company, supporting an Organizational Transformation Project. • Created Power Point presentations; established and evaluated various questionnaires during the analysis stage of the project; conducted a market research and analysis for e-banking offer; supported the creation and establishment of new role profiles for the bank's new department, including requirements analysis and interviews with the Operations department.
