I manage my own start-up and lead a team of two persons, planning the strategy for the customers, Italian companies, to enter the DACH countries market and managing the following business as the saleswoman representing the company in Germany. The companies can rely on professional Key Account Management and fair negotiations between the parties.

Planned customized Business Development projects for Italian companies in DACH countries. Through market researches and planning of B2B meetings, the companies were able to understand the potential of the DACH countries market for their export strategy. Once chosen the DACH countries market as their export country, I was managing a team (2/3 persons) planning the business plan and coordinating the Lead Generation and Management activities.

MPI is an international Meeting and Event Industry Organisation. I was in charge of admistrating the secretarial duties related to the organization and planning workshops and yearly conventions. Member care, like coordination of renewal Membership, support of the members in all their Questions and coordination of the communication between the Italian Chapter and the HQs in Luxemburg, were also part of the activities done.

Supported the Company in planning incentive events in Rom. The major activities were: screening of the requests of proposal of small groups, planning of customized projects for small Groups, event organization, event management.

I learned how to analyse the requests of proposal the company was receiving and how to write offers for small groups. The major activities were: analysis of requests for proposal, negotiations with the suppliers, writing of offers, event planning for small groups and event support force for big groups
