Main scope: - to build, develop and coordinate a global organization and management of Spare Parts Sourcing - to ensure reliable and competitive sourcing of Spare Parts needed by all Manufacturing plants in the world by defining and implementing the relevant Sourcing strategies tuned according to market conditions and regional specificities. - to define and drive spare parts cost reduction program in coordination with Manufacturing

Responsibility with WW scope: - to ensure reliable and competitive sourcing of materials needed by all Manufacturing plants in the world by implementing relevant Sourcing strategies tuned according to market conditions and regional specificities. - to support Manufacturing plant organization in all cost reduction programs and to improve the service level expected by chemical suppliers.

Different phases in this job; 1st phase: I was part of the team responsible to define project for the construction of the new 8" plant dedicated to R&D + pilot line for Flash Memories. I was on charge of chemical facilities including chemical distribution systems, wastewaters network and treatment plant 2nd phase: Refurbish and conversion of 6" line to 8" line 3rd phase: Chemical facilities management

Degree in inorganic chemistry with final project on crystals growth through vapour phase
