Dr. Anna Grotto

I was the first contact for the guests of the camping site. During the whole period from their arrival until the check-out I took care of the clients providing them with touristic information and helped them with practical issues. I was also responsible for the check-in, payment and check-out process. Achievements: Good communication skills, administrative “know how”.

I was a tourist guide for Italian, German and English visitors. I enjoyed entertaining people of all ages telling them legends and historical facts about the city and its castle. I also worked in the information office where I was responsible for the translation of informative brochures in English and German. Achievement: Improved language skills, gained confidence in giving public presentations.

I worked at the bookkeeping office where I was responsible for the data entry of the Intrastat list and I collaborated with the Customer Services Department. I gained a deep knowledge of the delivering process, including charging orders, elaboration of shipping documents, transport organisation for shipping (UPS DHL), supervision of UPS entrance invoices and elaboration of delivery documents. I also dealt with the paper archive and I collaborated on the inventory.
