- Supporting to drive the business development agenda for the Leadership Team of BCG Germany and Austria - Supporting strategic projects on markets & clients, people & skills, and planning and analytics - Management of contracts and preparation of related documents - Working together closely with the Practice Area and Sector leaders to actively follow market dynamics and innovations and derive appropriate strategies

- Generating and evaluating various analyses for the staffing department - Supporting the Staffing Manager in monitoring important deviations - Recommending specific courses of action - Continuous improvement of the reporting - Participating in various projects - Developing staffing scorecards to optimize staffing assignments - Cooperating closely with the financial department

- Succession Planning - Performing of HR relevant analyses

- Assisting and accompanying the Project Manager during the company-wide implementation of a new IT System (SAP) - Resource planning - Concepting, planning and conducting workshops and employee events - Developing a company-wide communication strategy as well as in developing an IT training concept together with the change management team - cooperation with external partners and consultants
