• Created pro-forma business models for a B2B company entering retail market 
 • Performed break-even analysis for a diversified conglomerate company looking to produce diapers. • Researched growth prospects of a sector, benchmarked ~70 Southeast Asian companies in the sector across various KPIs to determine their investment worthiness based on the Japanese companies’ strategic direction, resources, and past cross-border transactions.

• Conducted primary and secondary research for ~20 brands that were falling behind their competitors in 5 major cities and deduced lack of advertising and operational inefficiencies as the root cause. 
 • Identified consumers’ preference as the primary driver of the distributors’ purchasing decision and recommended increased direct advertising to consumers along with creation of sales support teams for each of the 5 major cities based on the profile and needs of its distributors.
