In 12/2012 I took on the role of scrum product owner for the Vizrt Online demo. My responsibilities include creating and maintaining the backlog for the demo, gathering requirements and priorities from stakeholders, setting priorities for the demo team and make sure deadlines are met taking resources and priorities into account. The Vizrt Online demo is a complex system involving a wide set of products and integrations to demonstrate the products of Vizrt online - a custom build CMS for the media industry

Responsible to follow up Vizrt’s general sales staff globally for all online and mobile projects. Take over a sales lead after initial contact by local sales organization. Tailor product presentations, answer RFP’s and RFI’s, follow up questions from both managers, technical and editorial staff, follow up on actions, push sales people and potential clients towards a decision.
