Responsible for the development of HSBC’s presence in the securitisation and structured covered bond markets in Spain. Originating and executing ABS transactions for Spanish issuers, with a focus on financial institutions.

Contribute to the analysis of asset portfolios, business sectors and legal structures to set up securitisation transactions, essentially for corporates. I participated in building up a CDO and ABCP transactions funded through conduits for French corporates, and worked on toll road projects, as well as funding structures for the utility and auto sectors in various European jurisdictions.
