- Dealing with 30 customers (manufacturing and logistics sector) in putting workers on site for them on a daily basis - Health and Safety representative which included H&S legislation, H&S meeting, accident reports - Recruitment and HR administrative (ACC, criminal records, Inland Revenue) for temporary workers - Managing the payroll for 75 employees weekly (e-account software) - Co-managing the office and all jobs or conflicts issues that arise

(profiles : IT technicians, system and network administrators, developers, engineers, project managers and directors,...) • Drive the annual appraisal process and people reviews for 150 IT consultants • Drive all school / college partnerships (forum, job fairs…) • HR administrative and HR support to all employees
