Technical project management and IT operations - 2006-2007 Stabilization of SAP operations following move to ECC6 and new hosting partner. - 2007-2008 Coordination of SAP HR interfaces implementation, with a focus on the establishment of a LDAP identity management. - 2008-2010 Implementation of Infopark Fiona CMS including relaunch of the EMBL websites (4 extranets and 4 intranets). - 2011-2014 Implementation of Converis.

Consultancy mission for Orange Switzerland as Testing Manager Set-up and management of the capacity planning for a team of 30 testers in relation with the global IT roadmap (long term) and project managers (medium term) Coordination of the testing (including end to end) for critical fast-track projects (first pre-paid and post-paid reseller)

Requirement analysis for transition of 8 million customers to a new SAP RMCA, Amdocs system. Coordination of the initiation of the pilot phase for SAP RMCA.

Responsibility for a 25 member department. Operational responsibility for private and business customer satisfaction. Process owner for Service Delivery and Service Assurance (voice and data services)

Management of a team of 4 Project leaders and 4 developers in charge of the overall IT projects of the company (CRM/Billing, finance and reporting). Annual external budget of 3 M CHF. Deputy Head of IT Department.
