- Implementation of quality standards and structuring operational performances in proposal management, customer data administration, inventory and stock management, as well as in branch presence - Sales controlling incl. tracking of geographical differences of branches as well as analyzing of customer data - Supporting of sales management and marketing with ad hoc analysis and monitoring of sales force
