I am a Business Mentor for Merryck & Co, an organisation that provides intensive & differentiated leadership devleopment mentorship for CEOs and other executive committee individuals.

I am Chair of the panel that provides advice to the Financial Conduct Authority on listing and broader governance issues relevant to UK listed entities.

I specialise in executive coaching providing a supportive environment where clients discover how to maximise their full potential and effectiveness. I take a strengths based approach focusing on the effective mechanisms that clients have already developed as a platform for future success. I am particularly effective working in a multicultural environment and with career minded women with families.

I spent 20 years at Standard Chartered culminating in becoming a member of the Group Executive Committee. During my career I was CEO and Executive Director of Standard Chartered’s publicly listed entity in Thailand and CEO in the Philippines. I held various regional commercial, retail & institutional banking roles; and led several global support functions (including Resourcing & Reward, Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretariat).
