Acted as consultant (maternity replacement) • define new organisation and start implementation in France & Belgium -> how to deliver the expected added value • Team management 4 people (Velizy & plant based) for global and local category management, • Identify synergies and obtain alignment with internal customers (headquarters, technical departments plants)

• Define and implement Resin category strategy, • Optimise cost avoidance, achieve annual savings / rebate programs • Initiate and lead Risk management activities • Control / unblock firefighting situations, manage crisis communication at high level • Liaise with internal customers to optimize performance through purchasing: quality, technical, marketing, development, plant management

• Make sure Procurement becomes the inevitable business partner for Rexam project teams and technical departments • Manage annual spend, initiate savings, • Streamline & implement Mould and injection machine purchasing strategy

• Transversal management (4 sales people) on Procter& Gamble account (product segment dispensing systems) • Sales & project coordination of 2 tube suppliers to create a new product range in order to grow higher margin sales • Sales management (Coty, Clarins,…) Specialisation in targeting major prospective accounts (Johnson &Johnson, Novartis,...)
