As a senior digital manager with a focus on social media, I am responsible for all global social media channels @Zurich. - Oversee and optimize SoMe channels and grow following/ engagement by driving integrated programs globally - Advising role for digital excellence - Implementation of corporate newsroom including the conceptual and physical planning and implementation of the newsroom - Reverse mentor internally - 1:1 and group trainings for social media

Social Media Management & Monitoring • Organizing and maintaining the SoMe governance framework on a global basis including channel audit, internal processes and trainings • SoMe channel management and monitoring in particular for: Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+ • Contributing to relevant channels, conferences and events such as the Global Community Week both off-line and online to increase brand awareness

Social Media Management & Monitoring • Build up and manage Zurich's presence on Social Media • Monitor the channels Web metrics • Monitor our core digital channels such as Zurich.com • KPI Reporting to various stakeholders
