 Implemented and role out of SAP CRM application and the mobile sales.  Installed Service Desk for efficiently and effectively managing the IT service for delivering value to the CRM users.  Successfully maintained the Configuration Management Database for the CRM Application.  Inmplemented Asset Management System.  Business Process Reengineering

 Design and developed application for mobilising the sales force and integrated the same to the SAP R/3 legacy system.  Evaluated and procured hardware and software for the sales force automation Application.  Efficiently completed the documentations using the UML2 modelling language.  Liaised with Developer, Finance, Warehouse and Sales team to operate Field Sales Automation.

 Designed and implemented various Mobility Applications i.e. Warehouse Management System, Asset Tracking and Stock Take Application and Card Stock Management System for Banks.  Effectively worked with Automatic Data Collection Techniques (Barcode and PDA).  Handled the S R S preparation and provided support & training to users.  Reduced the TCO and provided more visibility, accuracy and efficiency by mobilising the enterprises.

 Designed, developed and documented the Truck Management System.  Developed ERP package of Sales, Shipping & Billing Module and integrated with other modules.  Printed various bills using Crystal reports as well as generated various MIS reports.  Made the customised package of ERP and implemented by clearing all functional & technical problems and regained the confidence of the user which was earlier lost due to technical and functional problems.
