Mr. Anthony Lewis Jerdine has worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Prior to Co-Founding & President, Managing Partner at the Foundation Wealth Trust Group in Miami, Florida and Dubai. Mr. Anthony Jerdine began in historic rehabilitation development, then worked for several years as Senior VP and CFO of a private equity real estate firm specializing in multi-family development. Mr. Anthony Jerdine has been involved in all aspects of real estate development including underwriting and deal selection, raising capital from private investors and institutions, construction and permanent financing, project management, and design. Mr. Anthony Jerdine has extensive experience in all aspects of property management and value-add renovations. Anthony Jerdine has extensive experience in large multi-family transactions overseeing transactions from acquisition to disposition including complex tax structures such as 1031 exchanges, structured finance and complex trusts.
