- Development of adaptable and light equipment and displays for sales and communication - Validate specifications, consult and select suppliers - Test prototypes (both in office or on-site), validate them and ensure quality and serial production - Follow-up of the spare parts' stocks for the equipment's maintenance - Management of the orders and deliveries of these spare parts - Construction and management of the associated budget

- Member of a Project Management Office as consultant in mechanical engineering - Monitored the costs of the rotors and gear box parts - Managed risks of cost increases - Analyzed the design evolutions during development, minimizing their potential impacts, and researched cost-saving solutions. - Planned, coordinated and managed the set-up of these solutions

-Design of innovative snowboards (Rome Hammerhead) - Management of the prototyping, test and finalization of the drawings for production - Design and implementation of new technologies used in the snowboards. - Participation to the development of the 2013 Board Collection

Internship for a Probe Cards manufacturing company (equipment for integrated circuits testing). In charge of the whole development of a fixture aimed to ease and fasten the checking of the probes' alignment through the mounting process : - Collecting needs and defining the specifications; - Researching solutions; - Modeling it via CAD; - Manufacturing it with a CNC machine. This fixture was shown improving the time to check alignment from several minutes to less than 30 seconds

- Participation to the development of a part of the equipment under the steering wheel for Peugeot 208 model. - Writing of the Technical Requirements Document and updating it through the design process. - Monitoring the development process with the suppliers, designers, ergonomists, to meet the objectives and respect the plan
