- Legal support of company’s commercial services (Yandex.Direct, Yandex.Market, media ads, mobile ads, Yandex Advertising Network, RTB, AdFox and other high-profile advertising technologies), including support of launching new services; - Advising on specific IP, data protection and advertising law issues (under Russian, Kazakh, Belarus, EU and US laws); - Disputes resolution and litigation in respect of company's commercial services.

- Drafting and reviewing various contracts and intercompany documents; - Researching and advising on specific matters of IP, IT and advertising law (ISP contributory liability, copyright and trademark issues on the Internet, on-line advertising) and assisting in launching new projects and services; - Dealing with user’s claims and government officials’ requests; - Contracts' administration;

- Researching various matters of capital markets, tax and labor law; - Assisting company’s attorneys in due diligence matters in respect of various projects (mainly M&A and structured finance projects); - Drafting various legal documents; - Assisting company’s attorneys in advising the company's clients (due diligence, ongoing advice).
