Successfully improving KPIs such as automation. • Use of queries, extractions of data from systems such as SAP.

• Support in General ledger activities, such as executing accruals, re-class, and other journal entries, as well as reconciliation of Balance sheet and sub ledgers in system (SAP) • Support Fixed Assets creation, changes and activations in SAP. • Use of Basware, Tradeshift, JDE and SAP for P2P VQH. • Support automation project. Successfully improving KPIs such as e-invoicing penetration. • Use of queries, extractions of data from systems such as SAP; and creation of reports in excel.

• Book keeping, under system/software (Journal entries, check general ledger) • File journals, bills and books adequately, as well as actualize them. • Declaration of taxes through tax administration’s system.

• Management of the Imprest fund. • Mild communication with clients and suppliers. • Realization of the monthly accounting book (banks, bills, etc).
