-Consulted with securities brokers and private investors, performing analysis of U.S.stock markets and individual commodities to reduce risk and achieve overall financial objectives. -Served as technical consultant in analysis fo major mainframe computer upgrade for BOVESPA(Brazilian stock exchange). Formed a professional lobbying group which successfully persuaded the Brazilian government to abolish the CPMF tax applied to all financial transactions, achieving great positive economic impact.

-Led planning, forecasting, and political advising to optimize utiliztion of a restricted budget of U$3 billion under my responsabilities. -Planned and conducted intensive cycle studies to optimize preventative maintance programs for highways, railroads,etc...,to ensure best allocation of funding for timely export of agricultural products.

-Served numerous clients including BCN Bank, Peabody Securities(a securities brokerage trading on the NYSE), as well as LPC Import/Export, CafeNoel(a coffee farming cooperative) -Ensured on-time, on-budget project management in the development of computer networks. -Performed analysis of economic and financial issues of various businesses and created custom business applications and tools.

-Designed,developed,and implemented a U$280million computer network for 18 public hospitals throughout the state. -Coordinated all stakeholder contributions with a project team of 20 engineers and technicians. -Upon successful completion of this project, led first mainframe computer link between Brazil and Hong-Kong.
