•Managed operations for the 5000m2, HP Spare Parts Central Warehouse in Barueri, including 5 DHL remote sites (Advanced Inventory) located in different Brazilian capitals in order to meet emergency orders from HP customers. •Negotiated the international contract with HP in the USA, which resulted in: adaptation of the Warehouse and Transport scope of services to Brazilian operational standards, renewal of the contract for 3 years, and an annual savings of 7% in customer costs.
