Provide data in the DWH with the aim of supporting specialist departments in data evaluation,creation and analysis. Analyze functional requirements to answer reporting, business, risk and treasury related questions to support the Executive Board, Director Finance, Senior Manager BI and Manager Operational DWH & Reporting

- Participation in a data transfer project for calculating reserves as a business analyst for the Bank and for Leasing.- Analytics on regulatory reporting for the Central Bank, writing business and technical requirements for developers.

- Collection and consolidation of requests from the Bank's divisions in terms of internal reporting.- Analysis, development and implementation of business processes and requirements for building an automation system for internal reporting.- Development and approval of business initiatives, business requirements and functional requirements for the automation of the Bank's internal reporting.- Managing a team of business analysts.

- Analysis of problems with personal data of clients in the processes and systems of the bank. Development of process ;ow for personal data. Process optimisation. Development and implementation of Data quality and Data Governance strategies for customer data.

Participation in the project on the implementation of group reporting on AnaCredit standards in European banks of the Sosiete Generale group. Interaction with the business of European banks of the Sosiete Generale group in order to determine the data requirements for the formation of reporting. GAP - analysis of data, the formation of Action plan to eliminate technical errors and automate solutions.

Control the correctness and quality of the operation reporting for the IFRS, MIS, Credit Risk, Market Risk, CRM, Compliance etc., based on SAS-engine, DWH and CIF. Solving problems, appearing during reporting period.Participation in projects of the Bank, which have influence on the IFRS reporting and DWH, organisation of the data quality process for the source-systems and calculation engines within the projects.

Participation in different integration DWH projects in the banks: - Interviewing business to finding out their needs; - Writing mapping rules (BRD,FSD); - Control realisation BRD; - Testing realisation.

1. Participation in development of commercial plans of Department of sales of Bank. 2. Decision-making on optimization and automation of processes, work with data of the Database, using BusinessObjects 6.1 and SQL inquiries. 4. Participation in development of the system of motivation of staff of Bank of Department of sales, calculation of bonus part. Organization of work, statement of tasks to the staff of group, control of timeliness and workmanship of tasks staff of group.
