Owner and manager of company producing and selling children's apparel. Manage entire retail process from concept creation, product development, vendor sourcing, store distribution, financial planning, needs forecasting and visual presentation of merchandise. Coordinate design and working of company's own online selling website. Previously managed and run my own store for children's apparel for 3 years while leading a team of 12 people.

Planned the buys for all product lines of men's jersey. Managed team of people in fast-paced growth environment and devised monthly reports. Responsible for production schedules, quota categories, monthly forecasts, expanding existing vendor base, negotiating prices with network of factories and mills. Recruited and trained new team members and managed allocation of responsibilities among them.

Responsible for coordinating entire Production process for all Gapkids Accessories from concept to final product in the company's buying office in Singapore. Expanded Asian vendor base and sourced all fabrics and prints. Set up entire Production process from sketches to tech sheets to fabric selection while working closely with company's headquarters in the USA.

Part of company's woven department, specialising in the buying of Prints and Patterns. Worked closely with Design and Merchant teams to share trend vision and work towards smooth flow of production. Prepared and presented trend forecasts for prints. Developed strategies for countries, factories, mills, production schedules and quota categories. Worked closely with print studios, CAD operators and fabric suppliers globally.
