Currently working with Deloitte's People Analytics team as Data Analyst (deputed by Quess Corp) in the integration of various HCM data source to a single People Analytics platform to measure, report, analyze and predict business outcomes. Perform validations on fields and metrics from various data sources through APIs/flat files, prepare storyboards of different visualizations using dimensions, time periods, metrics that helps the team in ensuring the data integrity and make intelligent business decisions.

Closely worked with EY's Data Analytics team and contributed to ETL from SAP ERP system using Excel, SQL, Tableau by providing SAP clarifications. Analyzed the financial data to detect fraudulence in the journal entries and liaise with the audit team for Quarterly, Interim and Year- end Audit. Partnered directly with the clients from different EMEIA regions like Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, and Greece as SAP Data Extraction Coach in EY's Audit Analytics Delivery project.
