Responsible for organizing the events in the hotel (30 meeting rooms with a capacity from 4 to 300 people). Holding site inspections, making offers, being the single point of contact internally and for the client, organizing the event together with the operational departements, take care of correct billing and aftersales

Our team is responsible for the monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting to the Insurance Clients of ING. Personal specialties are Hedge Accounting, ECAPS, coordination of departmental projects, and coordination of one of the sub-teams in our department.
