- Conducted detailed calculation of design and pressure loss calculation for drawing and manufacturing of shell and tube heat exchanger. - Built an air cooled heat exchanger design tool by conducting in depth literature survey for production. - Empirically designed and built inlet device for two and three phase separators for gas distributors. - Modelled and analyzed custom made flow straightener for major gas distributor.

- Planning and communication with local and foreign customers for concise project outline which eliminated delays in projects significantly. - Assisted design process of water filters and created manufacturing drawings according to both DIN and ASME standards(Autodesk Inventor). - Conducted on demand FEA and CFD analysis of water filters to increase the reliability and efficiencies.

- Manufacturing and conducting aerodynamic experiments on high rise buildings, aircraft engines and wings in 44 meters long atmospheric wind tunnel. - Testing the manufactured open and closed loop small size wind tunnels for characterizations such as turbulence intensity, boundary layer thickness and air speed measurements.
