-Designed a comprehensive object-oriented architecture and data structure for standardization of insurance software. -Developed flexible and customizable core insurance software using techniques and patterns including generis, IOC, Dependency Injection, Inheritance, decision table, dynamic rule engine & EAV. -Planned executive epics and backlog items to adopt infrastructural changes, project architecture changes and design model changes. -Trained and coached more than 20 developers and designers.

-Produced a multi-platform Distribution Channel Management System using C#, WPF, WCF. -Collaborated on development of custom frameworks and n-tier architecture to accelerate development. -Contributed to design and development of multi-dimensional dashboards to track business KPIs. -Designed and developed integrated finance subsystem and salary subsystem with the ability to auto-generate accounting documents using reflection, Expression Builder and Decision Table.

-Developed purchasing management subsystems (ERP Project). -Designed and implemented accounting subsystem for purchasing and stocking. -Identified previous design problems and provided solutions to improve the subsystems.

-Development team leadership and trained new colleagues (Different types of software include sales, office automation, inventory, salaries and project management). -Migration of Development Framework from Delphi to .Net. -Reduced re-implementation by build a shell script to link between legacy Delphi apps and new .Net based subsystems. -Speed up development process by implementation of a script and source code generation tools. -Designed and implemented user controls to improve user interface.
