Lead the Engineering function at KMS, reporting to the CEO and working closely with Product. Responsible for engineering strategy, organisational design and resource allocation, staffing and performance, technical direction, quality, tooling and infrastructure costs. Lead through two people-managing Lead Developers, with a strong focus on distributed ownership, pragmatic architecture and AI-enabled engineering.

Independent product building alongside my full-time engineering leadership role. Through Pragpath Studio I build and evolve software products, experiments and selected client solutions, including MiniCoder, Domilite, Memivo and Mani'Space. Focus areas include AI-enabled products, product discovery, software engineering and iterative delivery.

Led technical direction across the Product Circle while managing Lead Developers and retaining responsibility for the Backoffice team during the transition. Established architecture governance, restored a stable two-week release rhythm, led DDD/Event Storming and domain discovery, and drove simplification of frontend architecture across several bounded contexts.

Joined as a senior .NET engineer and took on frontend technical leadership for an externally developed Angular platform. Led frontend delivery through the first enterprise launch, created reusable platform foundations, contributed full-stack features, owned releases and production deployment, and became a trusted technical partner to the CEO across architecture, delivery and hiring.

Functionally led a cross-functional Insurance Product Builder initiative of about 25 people, including up to 15 developers, while directly people-managing around 10. Worked with the CTO and Project Manager on architecture, product direction, roadmap and organisational decisions. Guided developers and analysts toward shared domain models, reusable abstractions and configurable product structures.

Worked in the central Tools & Platform team on shared application frameworks and technical foundations used across insurance-product teams. Selected to collaborate directly with the CTO on the early research, domain modelling and architecture work that evolved into the Insurance Product Builder initiative.

Built and operated a multi-module sales and distribution platform covering purchasing, inventory, orders, delivery, accounting, payroll and reporting. Designed a configurable accounting-posting engine using metadata and decision rules, centralising accounting operations and reducing related staffing costs by more than 70%.

Delivered purchasing and purchasing-to-accounting capabilities for a modular Oracle ERP across multiple industries. Worked across process discovery, workflow design, database modelling, development, UAT, deployment, training, data conversion and post-go-live support, translating customer requirements into reusable ERP capabilities.

Became the small team's primary C#/.NET specialist and led the gradual transition from Delphi to .NET while legacy and modern applications coexisted. Built business modules, reusable scaffolding and code-generation tools, and lightweight interoperability between old and new systems while guiding less-experienced developers.
