• Leading a team of 4 for Record to Report Fixed assets • With supervision, to prepare and document journal entries related to Fixed assets and related reconciliation work • Conduct periodic impairment reviews for tangible intangible assets • Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines • Work well with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues • Responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the significant process

-Accounts payable -VAT Accounting -Fixed Asset Accounting -Monthly accruals and provisions -Audit coordinator -Monthly and Quarterly financial reporting -MS Excel and SAP ERP expertise -Team Lead -Debtors and Creditors account management and reconciliation

Booking of vendor and admin invoices & other journal for expenses& adjustments. • Maintain asset register under and yearly office asset count. • Monthly review of vendor & customer accounts of offset the accounts to ensure proper allocations

• Incoming Payment Receipt (Cash Applications) • Billing and follow up’s • Debtors Ageing Report Reconciliation
