End-to-end responsible for ideation, design, engineering and manufacturing of consumer devices for skin rejuvenation, skin health and light based hair removal. Market, medical clearance, Strategic technology roadmap.

Responsible for the business planning/development and managing the spin-out of a medical device venture. The RA Handscan: an innovative, non-invasive, optical imaging device for joint inflammation monitoring.

Co-founder off a system development company, developing and delivering embedded product solutions for mobile phone, TV and DVD OEM’s and for car radio, navigation and rear seat entertainment to tier 1 automotive suppliers. This resulted in a strong and very profitable business, from year one on. An international organisation with offices in Germany and The Netherlands, that grew from 3 to 70 FTE’s over 6 years.
