 Supported After-sale / warranty Manager in operations processes and procedures  Coordinated the completion of defects during warranty period in accordance with after-sales procedures.  Developed customer service procedures, policies and standards to ensure the best possible service.

 Managed, organized and monitored several research projects across Poland and UK.  Researched market access opportunities. Organized focus groups, advisory boards, interview programs and online surveys.  Updated and maintained customers’ databases, mange updates across departments and teams.
