I worked at ACTED during one year and was in charge of an ERP project for Jordan and Iraq. I designed, developed and implemented web based tools to follow-up on key logistics processes (fleet, asset, procurements and stock management). Being in charge of this ERP project I organized meetings with auditors and executives, provided trainings to the end users.I deployed the solution across two countries and over ten bases in Jordan and Iraq, supporting a combined yearly budget of over 65 million USD.
