Responsible for the visual creation and implementation of marketing campaigns in retail stores (DACH): Planning and budgeting of efficient commercial signage for each campaign ; Briefing creative agency & layouts development ; Planning the distribution of the different signs for all retail stores ; Defining successful merchandising on hotspots and the best display of key products ; Ensuring the right implementation of each campaign through the redaction of guides for the retailers.

Development of mail-order advertising materials for several countries: Briefing creative agencies, Content monitoring (text, design), Developing layouts in line with commercial objectives, Dealing with submission deadlines. / Responsible for the adaptation of the commercial communication for Switzerland: Creation of multichannel communications platforms, Translation monitoring. / Team management (4 people): Recruitment, Training, Coaching & Performance evaluation

Adaptation of mail-order advertising materials for Austria & Switzerland: Content, linguistic and legislative adaptations in cooperation with different departments and external agencies (creative and translation agencies) ; Dealing with submission deadlines. / Development of mail-order advertising materials for France & Sweden: Briefing creative agencies ; Content monitoring (text, design) ; Developing layouts in line with commercial objectives ; Dealing with submission deadlines

Assist the preparation of the participations in international and local fairs (Hanover Messe with 400 leads & Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Forum in Mannheim). / Update online contents: Local website, Newsletters, Partner portal

Assist the preparation for the international fair Euromold in Frankfurt (180 leads). / Restructuring and development of intern communication channels (like the intranet).

Design the layout and provide the content of new informative signage for the store (Product descriptions & Thematic sheets). / Sales in the local shop and in the Galeries Lafayette Hausmann.
