Investigated polyelectrolyte dynamics in free flow and restricted media flow through large scale computer simulations. Developed a novel model for protein-solvent interactions, built a numerical simulation tool for it, and compared model results against experimental measurements. Designed and developed relational databases for research projects in MS Access.
