Manager of a method engineering team (8 high-level technicians) and of team responsible for the control of the electrical distribution (24 skilled-workers) of the parisian metro (based on the french decree "88/2010") Definition of maintenance methods against a background of cost reduction Responsible for putting in place a new organisation of the control team (new shift-work) At the same time, Quality manager of the technical unit: development and implementation of a new quality management system.

Prefeasibility study for an extension of an existing talc mine. Technical and economical assessment of various production scenarios. Sensitivité study of results to technical and economical parameters.

Development of construction methods for secondary tunnels (cumulated length: 7.4km). Redaction of tenders for purchases of equipment and construction material. Cooperation with the production department.

Within OXUS, a Microfinance bank funded by ACTED, a top French NGO. Technical support to microfinance institutions in India and central Asia (Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan). Technical coordination between the central Asian team of programmers and the HQ in France.
