Bringing Hamburg's Product Management community together with quarterly meetups. We like to provide a stage for local heros and broaden our horizon with speakers from outside our local network (often abroad).

Together with Petra Wille and in close collaboration with the global Mind the Product organization organized Germany's largest conference for the digital product management community. The annual event also included workshops and a dedicated event for product leaders.

Product direction and leadership for some of XING's core networking functionalities. Driving role in several strategic company initiatives.

Product direction and leadership for a group of teams in charge of some of XING's core network functionalities such as Pages, Social Interactions, Contributions & Notifications.

Based in Porto: Helped to ramp up XING's new product development center in Portugal to 100 employees (Feb 2019). Tasks for instance involved employer branding & liaisons with local tech scene to position XING Portugal as an employer.
