Maintaining and developing a young quality management system into a company which is consulting global medical engineering companies and also developing own medical products.

Corresponding with my duties as a Customer Service Specialist/Supply Chain Management for Spare Part Management, it was my task to maintain an in-house service software for technicians and sales representatives. As such communicative interface, I was highly involved in the development of the software, continuous improvement, trainings on an international level and creating and updating the user manual.

Spare part management for company branches in Europe and Africa. Job interpretation as a highly communicative interface between sales representatives, technical service, development and manufacturer with duties of processing incoming and outgoing orders and deliveries on a wide international level including corresponding documents regarding customs.

Creating a concept for climate protection for a middle-sized community. Drafting, executing, analysing a survey as well as presenting its results.

As part of my study path I joind the Planning Division of the City of Westminster(CA) for three months. I designed a draft for potential emergency shelters and transition homes in the area of Westminster via the citie's Geo-InformationSystem and according to the Zoning Map.

I specialized in coherence between urban planning/design/development and major sporting events. The Program is charaterised by its vast interdisciplinary as urban planners deal with architects, any kind of engineers, authorities, politicians and citizens.
