Aron Hennerdal

Head of Operations and Platform Support in the Data & Analytics department of the Zurich Insurance Company, Business Unit Switzerland. I head a small team handling infrastructure support, test environment maintenance and tool maintenance for a data warehouse application featuring reporting and data analytics. I also function as a matrix manager for the data warehouse operations team in Barcelona.

Solution architect in the Data & Analytics department of Business Unit Switzerland at the Zurich Insurance Company. I worked in the DataHub project, contributing to the construction of a data warehouse feeding the main CRM application of Business Unit Switzerland. My responsibilities included leading the work in formalising, documenting and ultimately transferring operational tasks of the data warehouse daily run to the near-shore hub in Barcelona.

Business intelligence consultant with main focus on the Microsoft BI products; from the database engine over data integration and architecture to OLAP cubes and reports. Mainly active in the insurance sector.

Business Intelligence Specialist with focus on Microsoft SQL Server and IBM Cognos BI.

I worked as a consultant and was deployed to the Biomedical Informatics group at AstraZeneca R&D, Södertälje. The group serves as a communications link between scientists and physicians on the one hand and software developers on the other. I contributed mainly to two projects, both attempting to integrate and utilize existing study data in a more comprehensive and efficient manner than previously practiced.
