Thema: Implementation and evaluation of model predictive pulse pattern control (MP3C) for induction machine used in traction drive using FPGA. Schwerpunkt: FPGA design and programming with verilog hdl and C programming for embedded system for the implementation of MP3C logic on digital control system. Test bench measurement and evaluation.

Thema: Weiterentwicklung von Adaptiven FPGA basierten Maschinenmodellen für geschaltete Reluktanzmaschinen Schwepunkt: Development of adaptive machine model for control of Switched Reluctance Machine in MATLAB/Simulink and implementation & verification on test bench using Xilinx FPGA.
