Design, mechanical construction and LabVIEW programming of a test stand to calculate the fiber output in a rotor spinning machine by using image processing analysis. Tools Used: The design of the test stand was made using 3D Solid Works software. The automation and controlling of the test stand was done using VISA communication protocol of LabVIEW. For image processing and analysis, Vision Assistant module of LabVIEW was used

An intense 6 months internship at SAURER Schlafhorst in their Research and Development department, focused mainly in the area of measurement techniques, data acquisition and data analysis from the machines using sensors (pressure & optical). Documentation of test results into Excel sheet and graphs were also a part of the job. Tools Used: For measuring the data, National instrument’s CAN Bus was used along with LabVIEW software

To create a Smart GUI (Graphical User Interface) using a normal web camera and thus creating a contactless interaction between the finger and the camera.
